To All Members of Trinity Episcopal Church, Haverhill, Greetings:

The Annual Parish Meeting of Trinity Episcopal Church, Haverhill, for the Calendar Year 2004 will be held in Trinity Hall at the Church at

12 noon, Sunday, 30 January 2005,

with back up dates of 6 February 2005 and each succeeding Sunday in the event we fail to achieve a quorum,

to accomplish

1. the election of the following for one year terms

           Senior Warden

           Junior Warden

           Treasurer

           Parish Clerk

2. the election of two Vestry members for three year terms

3. the election of two Vestry members to complete 2 years of unexpired terms.

4. the election of one lay delegate to Diocesan Convention

5. the election of one alternate delegate to Diocesan Convention

6. the election of five delegates to the Merrimack Valley Deanery

7. to hear all such business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting of the parish.

Nominations may be made from the floor of the meeting or submitted in advance to the Clerk at the Church office along with a signed statement of the nominee's willingness to serve if elected.
