Father Marcus Crapsey opened the meeting with prayer.

A quorum was declared by the clerk

Clerk's reports :

Motion to accept minutes of Annual Meeting for the year 2003 was made by W Eckel and seconded by G Morris. They were approved.

Nominations:

A motion was made by G Morris and seconded by M Eckel to close the nominations A motion was made by S Bourassa and seconded by N Daley to accept the present slate of officers. A motion was made by D Fleming and seconded by R Bourassa to instruct the clerk to cast one vote. Approved

Introduction of New Comers and first time Annual Meeting attendees:

Michael Spaniol - Jeff Moulton and Michelle Benoit - Sally Slade-Warner -Rev and Mrs Paul Shanabrook

Rector's Report:

Rev. Marcus Crapsey presented his report in place of the Homily . Several parishioners had questions for Fr. Crapsey. Mr. Shanabrook complimented the Rector.

Sr. Warden's Report:

Milton Boyd spoke about Bishop Cederholm's visit. He announced that we have entered a relationship with St. Paul's, Bedford, MA, by granting a loan to them for increased space due to growth. This loan will be guaranteed by the Diocese. Vestry Retreats, the next of which will be held in March at St. Paul's. A question was raised about Trinity being interested in a second congregation. Stewardship: Mr Boyd gave an explanation of his research regarding past giving. Pledge money will be devoted to outreach.

G Morris suggested teaching English to Spanish speaking people as a mission. He also thanked Mr Boyd for his hard work.

Jr. Warden's Report:

Christopher Cerrato had no written report, but wanted to thank the Rector and Sextans for fixing all problems

Treasurer's Report:

Thomas High explained the Treasurer's Report in detail. D Fleming asked if we are considering paying off the loan. And the answer was yes. A motion was made by D Fleming and seconded by G Morris to accept the Treasurer's Report as presented. It was approved.

Safe Church Report:

was given by Maureen Eckel. She gave a detailed report discussing CORI (Criminal Offender Record Investigation). She also noted that a fire drill will be coming up.

Organizational Reports

were presented in the Annual Report for the year 2004.

Maureen Eckel spoke about YO (Trinity's Youth Organization). A motion was made by S Bourassa to applaud Maureen for her years of service

Reappointment of Staff by the Rector

Resolutions of Thanks to:

Motion to Adjourn

was made by R Johnson and seconded by S Warner. Approval was signified by rising for Closing Prayers led by Fr. Marcus Crapsey.
